Returns & Exchanges

Lonely Goat Cashmere does not offer refunds for change of mind.

If an item does not fit or is unsuitable, we are happy to offer a credit note or exchange, provided it is returned within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping in this case is at the customer's expense.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@lonelygoatcashmere.com.au, and we will provide you with the return address and next steps.

While we pride ourselves on providing top-quality products and service, if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at hello@lonelygoatcashmere.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item is in stock, we will replace it. If not, we will offer an exchange or a full refund. In this instance, Lonely Goat Cashmere will cover the cost of return postage.
